| Kate
Davies |
Kate has been the Strategic Director of Nottinghamshire County Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) since 1995. She has worked in the substance misuse treatment field and the Probation Service as a qualified Probation Officer since the late 1980’s. Kate is also a Director of the University of Lancashire Community Engagement Team as well as being a Non-Executive Director on the National Treatment Agency Board. |

| Grantley Haynes | Grantley
has been the Development Manager of Birmingham Crack and Cocaine Strategy
since 2004. He has held previous positions in Social Services
and the youth work field and is an excellent facilitator, trainer
and conference speaker. Grantley is a Non-Executive member of
the National Treatment Agency Board and also a member of COCA, a national
charity that supports drug professionals. Grantley has extensive
experience in the substance misuse field and also in the music industry
where he has managed and produced work with various successful recording
artists. |

| Lizzy Steinhart | Lizzy
is a grants and fundraising specialist with extensive expertise relating
to complex appraisal and project management both within the voluntary
and public sector. Currently Lizzy works for a high profile family
office managing a group of significant private charitable foundations.
Previously an Executive Director at Springboard Charitable Trust and
Head of Grants at the Millennium Commission (one of the National Lottery’s
‘good cause’ funds) where she worked with Mo Mowlam, one
of the fund’s Commissioners for several years whilst she was
in the Cabinet. Lizzy is also a Trustee of the Steve Redgrave Charitable
Trust. |

Turner |
Kate worked for Mo Mowlam as a PA after she left Parliament for 3 years, and was involved with the inception and setting up of MoMo Helps. A former actress and director, she now works in primary and secondary education as a drama and music specialist, and freelances as a voice coach. |
